Our ISS Health Team is growing, and we are currently seeking casual Hospital Cleaners to service our site in Flinders Medical Centre (Bedford Park).
We are looking for individuals who are able to work across weekdaysMonday to Friday, with shifts morning shifts beginning 6am and afternoon shifts starting at 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work early mornings or evening shiftsSafe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning dutiesDecontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staffIdentifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safetyProvide cleaning services in both patient and non-patient areas, adhering to infection control procedures, conducting waste removal, and undertaking infectious cleaning in designated areasCompetitive compensation,

Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer serviceAbility to work early mornings or evening shiftsAbility to undergo a functional pre-employment medicalPolice Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essentialWorking with Children Check, or ability to obtain, is essentialEvidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Hep B, Polio or willingness to obtain, as per SA Health Worker policy is essential
