The Company are committed to delivering a quality product which fulfils every need – from the demands of innovative customers (parent and student communities) to the more value driven needs of everyday customers.About the roleVacancies exist for Casual Retail Assistants for our store located at Phillip.We are looking for an active, well presented, friendly, and motivated person who enjoys customer interaction and is motivated to learn about our various products so they can provide the best in-store experience for every customer from any number of our schools.Friendly and approachable, with a can-do attitude to customers and team membersAbility to undertake retail functions: sales transactions at POS, greeting and listening to customer needs, assisting the store manager and other team members in restocking & merchandising, tidying, packing,



cleaning and answering phone callsAbility to be training on our POS system (Instore training is provided)Trustworthy and accountable for instore security and transaction accuracyFlexibility and availability to work during school holidays, and peak times e.g. back-to-scolExperience in retail clothing or children's retail setting (preferred but not essentialWhat can you expect from us?
