We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced,and capableMaintenance Officer to join our teamin a part-time capacity (37.5 hours per fortnight) to support and maintain our Jindalee facility.Qualifications & Experience:Competence in performing various maintenance tasks, from basic repairs to complex projects.Previous hands-on experience in handyman, commercial maintenance, building, or construction industries.Skills in carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, labouring, property maintenance,



or handyman tasks.Experience in facility maintenance.Possession of a White Card is advantageous.Successful completion of a Police Check is required.Key Capabilities:Manage projects within set time frames with minimal supervision.Demonstrate robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respectfully interact with residents, families, colleagues, and contractors.Work independently and collaboratively within a team.Exhibit problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.Reward and recognition program.Supportive team environment providing stability and consistency.Note:A satisfactory Police Clearance Certificate is required as per the Aged Care Act ****.We do not consider applications from recruiters.
