We are seeking passionate and motivatedCasual Job Coaches to join our NDIS Employment Pathways team, supporting participants to develop skills, gain confidence, and reach their goals.About the RoleSupport participants with personal care, communication, transport, and daily needs in line with their individual plansPlan, deliver and assess skill development training aligned with participant goalsProvide mentoring,



coaching, and workplace support to help participants succeedFacilitate work experience opportunities and problem-solve workplace challengesBuild strong relationships with participants, their support networks, and employersPromote inclusion, respect, and a culturally secure environment for allThis role involves travel between sites, flexible hours, and using your own vehicle.Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful, you will have:Experience in the human services sector, ideally within NDIS or employment supportStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to coach, mentor, and motivate othersFlexibility to work across different locations and shifts - Including CessnockCurrent First Aid Certificate (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011) and Driver's LicencePlease note this is a Support Worker role with a strong focus on Job Readiness.Why Join Mai-Wel?
