This is a casual position, providing personalised care and support to Individuals living with disabilities in the local community.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the people we support and empower them to live independently.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, Enteral Feeding, meal preparation, and light housekeepingProviding companionship and social engagement to help reduce social isolation and promote mental wellbeingSupporting Individuals with accessing the community and participation in recreational activities of choiceDocumenting Individual progress and communicating any changes or concerns to the care teamAdhering to all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in aged care, disability support, nursing, or a similar care-oriented roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
