Property Manager | Retail and CommercialAlbion, Brisbane | South East Queensland PortfolioProperty Manager – Retail & CommercialAlbion, Brisbane | South East Queensland PortfolioJoin a growing property group and make your mark.GEON is a forward-thinking property group that develops, manages and invests in places designed to create long-term value for our clients and communities.With a growing management portfolio across Queensland and exciting projects underway in Brisbane and Townsville, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of a diverse South East Queensland portfolio.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the assets, building strong tenant and client relationships, and having genuine ownership over the performance and presentation of their portfolio.The RoleWorking from our Albion Head Office, you'll manage a portfolio of retail and commercial assets across South East Queensland and work closely with our broader property, leasing, development and finance teams.You'll be responsible for:Managing the day-to-day performance of a South East Queensland property portfolioBuilding solid relationships with tenants, clients and key stakeholdersCoordinating maintenance, contractors and operational requirementsMonitoring lease compliance, critical dates and tenant obligationsPreparing and managing property budgets,



forecasts and monthly reportingReviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvementConducting regular site inspections and maintaining high presentation standardsWorking collaboratively with our leasing and wider property team to drive asset performanceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys finding solutions rather than simply managing processes.Ideally, you'll bring:5+ years' property management experience, preferably across retail or commercial propertyStrong organisational and financial management skillsConfidence dealing directly with tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholdersA proactive, practical and solutions-focused approachStrong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger pictureExperience with Cirrus8 is advantageous, but not essentialA genuine interest in property and a desire to grow with the businessWhy GEON?
