This role is on a part time basis working across 3 to 4 days a week, and you'll be the friendly face welcoming patients at the front desk, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting our Practice Manager behind the scenes.
It's a great mix of reception duties and a little bit of "right-hand" magic to help the practice tick along nicely.

Day in the LifeAssisting Practice Manager (or lead doctors) with operational excellenceDay-to-day reception dutiesOverseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)Overseeing appointments and bookingsManaging waitlist management,
