This is a casual position working between Monday and Friday to support our dynamic retail team.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring they find the right products to meet their mixed martial arts and fitness needs.Key responsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection across our range of MMA equipment, apparel and accessoriesProcess sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments with integrityMaintain store displays, shelving and merchandise presentation to ensure an attractive and organised shopping environmentStock shelves and rotate inventory, ensuring products are readily available and properly pricedAnswer customer enquiries about product features, pricing, availability and promotionsProvide recommendations based on customer requirements and fitness experiencePick and pack online ordersAssist with promotional activities and window displays to attract customersMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the storeSupport colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphereReport any product issues,
