This role involves attending properties and completing structured property inspections using our platform.This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or client-facing roles who is ready to step into the dynamic world of real estate, or a current Leasing or Inspections Officer looking to work with a reputable and supportive organisation.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.As a Property Inspector, you will act as our on-the-ground representative, ensuring properties are inspected consistently and reported accurately.Please note that this position is available as a contractor role only.Please ensure you include your home suburb/ postcode or city on your resume.Inspectors are engaged and paid on a per-inspection basis.




Inspection requirements and time onsite may vary depending on the type and scope of the inspection assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesWeekend availability is essential, and candidates must be flexible and available to work both weekdays and weekends as required.Attend properties at the scheduled inspection timeComplete assigned property inspections in accordance with provided guidelinesTake clear photos of required internal and exterior areasRecord video walkthroughs where requiredComplete a structured digital checklistRecord explicit and factual inspection observationsComplete applicable checks as required for the assigned inspectionUpload the required inspection information through the platform upon completionRequirementsSmartphone with a reliable camera and internet accessStrong attention to detail and professionalismGood time management and reliabilityAbility to work independently and follow defined processesAccess to a car or reliable means of transport to travel between inspection locations
