This is a subcontract role for a grounds maintenance specialist with Corporate Lawns Plus.
You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of multiple Body Corporate sites, ensuring they remain well-presented and welcoming.What you'll be doingMowing, edging and trimming lawns and gardensPruning and shaping shrubs, bushes and treesRemoving debris and litter from gardens and groundsLiaising with residents to ensure high standards are maintainedWhat we're looking forProven experience in gardens and grounds maintenance, ideally with Body Corporate and commercial settingsBasic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and related mattersAll associated tools, equipment,
