You will manage end-to-end activities in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the PGPA Act, providing strategic procurement advice, financial alignment, risk management and probity oversight across the wider Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology Branch.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of procurement processes aligned to branch prioritiesManage market engagement, tenders (RFQs, RFPs, RFTs), negotiation and contract managementEstablish contractual frameworks including SLAs, KPIs, governance and compliance monitoringApply ODA, Non-ODA and Departmental funding classifications to structure activities correctlyCoordinate activity through AusTender, DS4P and BuyICT,



and oversee SAP contracts, purchase orders and reconciliationDeliver probity oversight, procurement briefs, risk assessments and contract closure reportsSkills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience delivering complex Commonwealth procurement end to endStrong working knowledge of the CPRs, PGPA Act and probity requirementsExperience managing contracts, financial trackers and reporting obligationsAbility to provide strategic procurement and funding advice to senior stakeholdersExcellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexibility and resilience to adjust to changing priorities in a rapid-moving environmentExisting NV1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
