Your RoleKey responsibilities include:Providing continuous pool supervision to ensure patron safety.Responding to emergencies, rescues, and first aid incidents.Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming aquatic facility.Assisting with opening and closing procedures.Monitoring water quality and facility presentation.Delivering excellent customer service and promoting safe pool practices.Essential RequirementsApplicants must have:Current Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate.HLTAIDO11 Provide First Aid Statement of Attainment updated every 3 years.HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Statement of Attainment updated every year.A current NSW Working with Children Check.Excellent communication and customer service skillsApplicants must be 16 years of age or overAvailability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays, after school and school holidays, during the Christmas New Year breakA current class C drivers' licence for applicants 17 years and over (includes provisional licence).
