This hands-on role is responsible for installing and fitting components to Taylex products, ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and practices to maintain a secure work environmentClean and prepare manufacturing mouldsMeasure, cut,



and glue PVC and other componentsInstall and fit components to finished productsOperate basic hand and power tools safely and effectivelyFollow quality control procedures and report any issues to supervisorsComplete general labouring and housekeeping dutiesFollow instructions and production schedules to meet daily targetsWork collaboratively within a team environmentDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A strong focus on workplace safety1-2 years' experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar roleExperience using hand tools and power toolsGood attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable attendance and a positive attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work in an outdoor environmentValid working rights in AustraliaSafety & ComplianceAt Taylex, safety is our highest priority.
