High-growth ecommerce brand | In-house Paid Performance team | 7-figure monthly budgetsOur client is a fast-growing Australian eCommerce brand building out a new in-house Paid Performance team and they're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own and scale their paid social channel end-to-end.This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, loves the pace of weekly product drops and wants real ownership of a channel with serious budget behind it.What you'll be doing:Managing and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok with 7-figure monthly ad budgetsLaunching and optimising campaigns for new product drops every single weekRunning the full funnel - prospecting, retargeting and retentionDesigning and executing a structured A/B testing roadmap to unlock scaling opportunitiesOwning weekly and monthly performance reporting.Managing Meta Business Manager, pixel/CAPI tracking,



and troubleshooting delivery issuesLeading creative testing and briefing in partnership with the Creative teamMonitoring daily budgets and pacing across all active campaigns in real timeWhat they're looking for:Minimum 3 years' experience in paid social (in-house or agency)Strong hands-on expertise in both Meta and TikTok Ads Manager - this is non-negotiableProven ability to manage significant monthly ad spend in a fast-paced environmentStrong, data-driven reporting skills - confident in Excel/Sheets and tools like SupermetricsExperience with product feed or catalogue-based social ads highly regardedSomeone who thrives in a rapid-paced, high-performance environment and takes full ownership of a channel
