The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and easy-to-use ServiceNow solutions aligned with Government standards and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service RequestDevelop workflows, forms, business rules,



and UI policiesSupport integrations using REST APIs where requiredPerform unit testing and support system testing activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issuesMaintain technical documentation and follow change management processesWork closely with business stakeholders and technical teamsEnsure solutions comply with Government security and governance standardsRequired Skills & Experience3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperStrong experience with ServiceNow configuration and scriptingExperience working in ITSM environmentsUnderstanding of ITIL processesGood communication and documentation skillsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)Experience working on Government or large enterprise projectsExposure to ServiceNow integrations and reporting
