Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its project delivery team in Brisbane.The successful candidate will oversee civil construction projects across residential, industrial and commercial developments.
Projects typically include bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, roadworks and associated civil works.This role requires a hands-on supervisor who can coordinate multiple subcontractors, manage site resources and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise daily site activitiesDeliver projects safely, on time and within budgetDevelop and manage daily and short-term construction programsCoordinate subcontractors, employees, plant and equipmentCommunicate effectively with clients,
