Based in Port Melbourne, VIC ****, this is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability across our properties.
This role is essential to our business growth and success in the competitive hospitality and tourism market.Key responsibilitiesOversee all operational aspects of multiple short-term rental properties, ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness, maintenance and guest comfortManage property availability, pricing strategies and booking schedules across various platforms and distribution channelsRecruit, train, supervise and motivate housekeeping, maintenance and administrative staff to deliver high-quality service standardsHandle guest complaints and requests, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining positive relationshipsConduct regular property inspections to ensure properties meet brand standards and identify maintenance or repair requirementsManage budgets, control costs and prepare regular financial reports and performance metricsLiaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and servicesImplement and monitor health, safety and security protocols across all propertiesMaintain detailed records of operations, incidents,



maintenance logs and guest feedbackWhat we're looking for3+ years' experience in hospitality operations management or a similar management role within the tourism or accommodation sectorDemonstrated expertise in property management software and online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar)Strong knowledge of short-term rental market dynamics, pricing strategies and revenue optimisationExcellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersOutstanding customer service orientation and proven ability to resolve guest issues professionally and diplomaticallyStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systemsValid driver's licence and willingness to visit multiple properties as requiredPreferred experience: Experience is Short Term Rental, knowledge of local regulations, experience with property maintenance coordination, or background in revenue managementWhat we offerAt Live Luxe Pty Ltd,
