About the role
We are an artisan bakery specialised in sourdough and viennoiserie looking for a barista/front of house all-rounder to join our team at our busy sister location.
Besides our staple baked goods we sell toasties and fresh sandwiches.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other speciality drinks with consistency
Engage with customers in a friendly and relatable manner
Work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Keep the workspace clean and organised, following hygiene and safety standards
Assist with food preparation and service as needed
Operate and maintain coffee machines and other café equipment
About you
Prior barista experience (preferable)
Personable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
A clean and organised approach to work
Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
A willingness to help out other areas when needed
