This is a Full-Time
Permanent appointment contracted to work 76 hours per
fortnight.

Whilst this selection
process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,
applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for

decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most
suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.
Both of
these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from
when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment
decision.
About the Chance
This position is located
within the Data and Digital Innovation Unit (DDI) at East
Metropolitan Health Services.
The successful applicant will be




assisting with developing reports and tools that will ensure that
East Metropolitan Health Services objectives are met.

Suitability Criteria

Considerable experience in the delivery of information
measurement, analysis and evaluation, together with the
retrieval of data.

Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret client
information requirements, and to develop and generate
appropriate products.

Experience in systems development and relational database
management.

Well developed verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills with the ability to liaise,
consult and present information to a diverse range of
clients and customers in a variety of contexts.

Well-developed conceptual, analytical and research
skills, with the ability to provide innovative
solutions to complex problems.

Well-developed organisational skills, together with the
ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet time
frames and deadlines.
Area Profile
The East
Metropolitan Health Service comprises an extensive hospital and
health service network that aims to maintain and improve the
health and wellbeing of more than 828,000 Western Australians
in its catchment area.
Our hospital
network works together to provide a combination of tertiary,
secondary and specialist health care services including
emergency and critical care, state trauma, elective and
emergency surgery, general medical, mental health, inpatient
and outpatient services, aged care, palliative care,
rehabilitation and women's, children's and neonates
services.
The EMHS
consists of Royal Perth Hospital; Mt Lawley Hospital; Armadale
Health Service; Bentley Health Service; Kalamunda Hospital; St
