We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a $50m High-end Residential Apartment in the Eastern SuburbsThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported project environment, working closely alongside an experienced Contracts Manager and Project Manager while having the autonomy to help drive the commercial function across the project.With strong systems, a collaborative team culture and a meaningful project delivering critical community infrastructure, this role offers genuine long-term growth and career development.The RoleAsContract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the project from procurement through to final accounts.
You will work closely with site and project teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes, effective subcontractor management and smooth project delivery.This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership,



building robust stakeholder relationships and being actively involved in project decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end contract administration across the project lifecycleSubcontractor procurement, package administration and cost managementPrepare, negotiate and administer subcontract agreementsManage variations, progress claims and forecastingMonitor project budgets, cost reporting and financial performanceWork closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager to drive commercial outcomesEnsure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial riskBuild strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholdersSupport project delivery teams with commercial and contractual adviceAbout You5 + years experience as a Contract Administrator within Tier 1 or Tier 2 constructionExperience delivering large-scale projects ideally $50m+Residential experience highly regarded, ideally apartments or social housing projectsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contractsAbility to manage multiple packages and competing prioritiesConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsProactive, organised and solutions focusedRelevant qualifications in Construction Management or similarBenefits and perks:Two paid days off each year to support work life balance plus two Community2Day volunteering daysSixteen weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and two weeks for secondary carersAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramRegular social and sporting events that help our teams stay connectedA $250 annual wellbeing reimbursementLong service leave eligibility after seven years across all states and territories
