Junction Support Services in Wodonga is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Intensive Case Management Services team, guiding Case Managers and Education Support staff, providing day-to-day supervision and informed decision-making for young people with complex needs.You will oversee risk assessment, ensure client-centred, trauma-informed practice, and coordinate with DFFH and partner services, while fostering staff development and managing caseloads, reporting, and a duty roster.
