This is a full-time and permanentposition.
This position is open to graduates and commences at the beginning of the **** school year.
The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:
Plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomesUse critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of studentsUse multiple sources of feedback on their classroom practice to inform their professional learning goalsShow a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school systemCan support and actively promote, and not undermine, the Christian-based values and ethos of the College based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist ChurchHave the capacity to teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the College's Christian-based ethosCan plan for and lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students

The salary range is $86k-128k based on years of experience.
