Join our team – MAG Head Coach
Gladstone Gymnastics Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Head Coach to lead and develop our growing MAG program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated coach to take ownership of the program, mentor athletes and coaches, and contribute to the continued growth of one of Central Queensland's leading gymnastics clubs.
About the role
As our MAG Head Coach, you will:
Lead the planning and delivery of the MAG program
Coach competitive MAG athletes across multiple levels
Develop athlete pathways from recreational to competitive gymnastics
Mentor and support assistant coaches
Work collaboratively with our Program Manager and coaching team
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance training environment
What we're looking for
MAG coaching experience (competitive coaching experience preferred)
A passion for athlete development and long-term program growth
Strong leadership and communication skills
A positive and professional approach to coaching
Relevant coaching accreditation and Working with Children requirements (or ability to obtain)
