About The Role




Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the guest experience day to day:
Lead, mentor and develop supervisors and FOH staff
Uphold high service, atmosphere and product standards
Manage shift operations and cash control
Oversee stock control and ordering
Maintain venue compliance with all regulations
Drive customer experience, promotions and events
