Impressions Catering provides exceptional food and outstanding customer service to private clients, leading venues, and corporate organisations throughout Perth.
Our friendly, family-oriented team is based in Port Kennedy.
We are seeking a talented individual to join us in a unique, energetic Dual-Role position.
You will work in a rewarding, alternating weekly rotation, managing event administration in our head office one week, and bringing high energy to our guest-facing spaces the next.
If you love variety and hate the boredom of a static desk job, this could be a perfect position for you.
The Rotation & Hours:
You will work on a fortnightly rotating schedule, averaging a minimum of 26 hours per week across the fortnight.
Week A (Office Week): Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Week B (Customer Experience Week): Monday to Friday (shorter shifts, morning to noon).
Salary & Benefits
Rate: $***** – $***** per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time (minimum 26 hours per week averaged fortnightly)
Strong potential to transition into a full-time position in the future
Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
Week A: Office & Administration
Manage clients from initial enquiry through to event execution and post-event follow-up
Schedule bookings, organise hire equipment, manage stock orders, and distribute detailed event run sheets
Handle general office administration and data entry using Microsoft Office and internal catering software
Assist with small business tasks, including supply runs,



job packing, or event deliveries
Week B: Front-of-House & Customer Experience
Welcome guests, take orders, and process transactions accurately using our POS system
Deliver friendly, professional face-to-face front-of-house service to ensure a premium customer experience
Maintain clean, welcoming guest spaces and assist with basic food presentation
Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and hot drinks
Our Ideal Candidate
Current Australian Driver's Licence (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administration, reception, or event coordination role
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Baseline barista skills and a valid RSA certificate are highly regarded
The mental agility to switch smoothly between a structured office environment and a fast-paced retail environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
