You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers including but not limited to:
Proactively handle customer queries and quotations via phone, email and in person.
Booking in deliveries and collections.
Maintain databases with customer information.
Invoice creation utilising Myob.
Your skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer facing role or office environment would be beneficial.




Excellent telephone etiquette and rapport building skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in data entry, customer maintenance.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Previous experience using Odoo and Microsoft Office would be highly regarded.
Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
Strong attention to detail and effective record keeping skills.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple customer service requests.
Demonstrated ability to stay calm and meet customer requirements in a busy office.
