An exciting opportunity to join the kitchen team at Fremantle Sailing Club, located on the beautiful South Fremantle waterfront at Australia's largest club marina.
With over 3,500 members, a busy restaurant, multiple bars, and a strong functions and events calendar, our kitchen delivers a wide variety of dining experiences ranging from à la carte service to large-scale weddings and corporate functions.
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.
About the RoleWorking as part of a professional and supportive kitchen team, you will assist in the preparation and service of high-quality meals across the Club's restaurant and functions operations.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard for restaurant and function service
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
Assist with mise en place and section management during service




Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
About You
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Experience in both restaurant and functions service highly regarded
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality food
