Job DescriptionMARUTI WHOLESALERS PTY LTD MARUTI WHOLESALERS PTY LTD is an established retail business located in wangara.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall operation of our retail store.

Task & responsibilities Planning, organising and managing the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Managing and supervising retail staff, including recruitment, rostering, training, performance monitoring and staff development.
Developing and implementing store policies, procedures and operational standards to ensure efficient business operations.
Monitoring sales performance, operating costs and other financial information and implementing strategies to improve store performance.
Managing store budgets, expenditure and financial reporting as required.
Managing stock levels, inventory control, ordering and stock replenishment.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, purchasing and supply arrangements.
Planning and implementing sales, marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and attract and retain customers.
Monitoring product presentation, merchandising and store standards.
Ensuring products and services are appropriately priced and displayed.
Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints and enquiries.




Monitoring market trends, customer demand and sales performance to assist with product selection and business planning.
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant company policies and procedures.
Preparing and reviewing operational, sales and financial reports for management.
Working with the business owner/director to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in retail management, business, management or a related field; and minimum 3 years retail management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing the operations of a retail store or similar retail establishment.
Strong staff supervision, leadership and rostering skills.
Experience with stock control, inventory management and supplier coordination.
Sound understanding of retail sales, budgeting and financial performance.
Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills.
Ability to analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve business results.
Solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the overall operation of the store.
Good computer and retail/POS system skills.
