About the rolePacific Furniture & Bedding is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Moss Vale NSW.
This is a part-time position 3 days per week.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment.
Your role will be fundamental to creating a welcoming shopping experience and building lasting relationships with our customers.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers warmly and identifying their furniture and bedding needs
Providing knowledgeable product recommendations and guidance to customers
Processing sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems
Assisting with product displays and ensuring the showroom is clean, organised and visually appealing
Answering customer enquiries about product features, pricing and delivery options
Handling customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously
Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store
Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and product ranges
What we're looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with customers
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team




Basic IT skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided if necessary)
A keen interest in furniture and home furnishings is advantageous
