Task & responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present meals according to recipes and quality standards.
Inspect ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
Assist in planning menus and daily specials.
Portion and plate food attractively and consistently.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
Ensure temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipments are maintained during the cooking process.
Follow food safety,



hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Monitor inventory, store food correctly, and assist with stock ordering.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Reduce food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.
Qualification & experience
Successful Candidate should hold Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent
Proven experience as a Cook (1 Year full time Required)
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
