The Role:
Assist QHSE Manager to maintain company manuals and procedures.
Produce records for test certificates, certificates of conformity, material certificates, certification packs.
Generate material data reports (MDRs) with a high level of accuracy, ensure timely submission to client.




Ensure all electronic job records are accurate, up to date and easily retrievable
Other general administration duties to support the branch manager
In-process inspection and Final inspection of product and quality documentation prior to release to client
Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organisational processes
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a compliance role or similar position
Competent use in MS Office software program
Knowledge in QMS policies and procedures
Solid time management, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Prompt culture of quality, continuous improvement and risk mitigation
The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
A pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening may also be required.
