Yard Operator Positions
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate yard equipment to load/unload products.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and order fulfilment.
Accurately pick, weigh, and prepare landscape materials for retail and trade customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard, including stockpiling, raking, and sweeping.
Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
Ensure correct stock rotation and assist with stock control.
Follow WHS policies and safe work procedures at all times.
Assist with deliveries and receiving of bulk and packaged materials.
Communicate effectively with drivers, sales staff, and customers to ensure smooth yard operations.
Skills & Experience:
Experience operating loaders (Not Essential).
Forklift Licence (Not Essential)
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
Valuable customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
