Working as part of our Proserpine team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while supporting the day-to-day administration of the animal management side of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Selling animal health products, including cattle, livestock and general animal health products
Assisting customers with product selection and general product information
Processing sales and customer orders
Managing stock levels, stocktakes and general administration
Ordering and maintaining animal health stock
Receiving, checking and putting away stock
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Assisting with general store operations when required
Working closely with the wider Crop Wise team to ensure customers receive a high level of service
