Montessori Early Learning Seacliff is a 47-place family-owned and family-operated Montessori centre seeking multiple Educators to join our experienced team!
The Role:
Full-time, part time and casual positions available
Working in either our Transition (2-3 years) or Preschool (3-5 years) room
Cert III or Diploma qualified, completed or working towards
Be guided by our experienced team
Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers
No Montessori experience is required for this role.

Well-resourced Montessori service operating in Seacliff for 20+ years
Licensed for 47 places
Independent, locally owned and owner-operated centre
Catering for children from 2 – 5 years old (no children under 2)
Opening hours currently 7:00am until 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, 50 weeks per year
Established, consistent staffing team with rare use of agency

Role Requirements:
Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, or already be working towards the qualification
Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
RRHAN-EC Mandatory Notification Training or willing to obtain
Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
