About your opportunity
Fixed Term Temporary part-time (hours negotiable) - 12 weeks

As a Registered Nurse, you will practise both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care while demonstrating professional accountability and clinical leadership.
About the Charters Towers Health Service
The Charters Towers Health Service is a 25-bed facility located in Charters Towers, Queensland, about 134km west of Townsville.
The facility, which employs 110 people within the Charters Towers region, offers a variety of services to the community including accident and emergency care, general in-patient medical, surgical, obstetric and paediatric services.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $***** to $***** p.h. (Nurse Grade 4)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
*****% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in an on-call roster.
On-call: Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call
Adult Life Support certificate: Must obtain and maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support as per THHSCLI****** Life Support Training and Assessment
Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
Verification of license must be provided prior to commencement of duty.
