Every therapy program is tailored to each child's goals and designed to achieve meaningful, real-world outcomes.As a smaller paediatric clinic, we intentionally keep caseloads manageable so our therapists have the time to deliver high-quality, individualised care rather than rushing from appointment to appointment.The RoleYou'll work with children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and physical needs, helping them build the skills and confidence to participate more fully in everyday life.Your role will include:Delivering mobile physiotherapy across homes, schools,



daycares and community settingsHelping children build strength, coordination, mobility and participation skillsCompleting assessments and developing individualised therapy plansWorking collaboratively with families, educators and other allied health professionalsProviding clinical direction for Allied Health Assistant programsCompleting progress notes, clinical documentation and NDIS reportsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in their lives.You will have:A recognised Physiotherapy degreeCurrent AHPRA registrationStrong clinical reasoning and communication skillsA current driver's licence and your own vehicleCurrent WWVP registration and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)Full working rights in AustraliaHighly Regarded (but not essential)Paediatric physiotherapy experienceMusculoskeletal, rehabilitation or movement-based physiotherapy experienceCommunity or NDIS experienceExperience preparing clinical reports and funding documentationNo Paediatric Experience?
