Sharky's Mandurah is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our team and deliver outstanding hospitality in one of Mandurah's favourite venues.
Working alongside the General Manager, you'll play a key role in daily operations, team leadership, customer experience, and driving the venue's success.
What You'll Do
Support the day-to-day running of the venue
Lead, motivate and develop the team
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist with rosters, stock control and ordering
Ensure compliance with RSA, health and safety standards
Handle cash, POS operations and venue administration
Help deliver promotions, events and achieve sales targets
What You'll Bring
Previous hospitality leadership or venue management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills




A hands-on approach with a passion for great customer service
Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA, Approved Managers and Food Safety Certificates
