As a store team member, you play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales goals.
This position is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day store activities.
A Team Member is expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.What's involved:-Provide helpful, courteous, and efficient service by actively engaging with customers.Promote sales of store products and servicesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customersEnsure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all timesRestock shelves and displays to maintain inventory levelsProcess Click and Collect items in a timely mannerAssist with visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed in an attractive and accessible mannerProcess customer transactions accurately using the store's point of sale (POS) systemHandle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracyIssue receipts, refunds,



and exchanges as necessaryAssist with inventory counts and stock replenishmentWork cooperatively with colleagues and management to ensure the store operates smoothlyContribute to team meetings and provide feedback for improving sales and customer serviceWhat We're are looking for:-Previous experience in Retail (not required but appreciated)Very casual availability.
2 shift a week with the options to increase more over busy periods.An ability to provide great customer service.Ability to multi-taskBe willing to work a wide range of retail hours including morning, evening, weekends and public holidaysHave an eagerness to learn and share ideasA respect for both team members and customers and an ability to gain rapport and build relationships.General capability with Microsoft/Google suite and previous experience reporting retail sales and training POS systemsSkills and Abilities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills including problem-solvingAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience with POS systems or cash handling including reconciling cash registers and preparing bank deposits.Ensuring compliance with safety and administration policiesExperience in Warehousing (Goods Inwards and Outwards)Experience with managing and organising Click and CollectAbility to lift and carry merchandise, bend, and stand for extended periodsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsLifting of products or boxes up to 25kgs.Store setting, which may include fluctuating temperatures and varied traffic levelsBenefits:Employee discounts, Supportive, vibrant team culture, opportunity to grow with the business.Job Type: CasualPay: $***** – $***** per hourLicence/Certification:Full Driver Licence (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: In person
