Casa Services Ltd, Central Australia's leading provider with a 40-year history of supporting people with disabilities in Alice Springs, is hiring!
We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive impact.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants with their daily routines, fostering independence, and creating a safe and engaging environment within our Casa SIL Houses or Day Program.
This position involves hands‐on support, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
What we are looking for
Demonstrated experience in manual handling, personal care, and managing complex behaviours.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Sound computer skills, including the ability to work with a variety of software programs.
Valid Driver's License, NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, Police Clearance, Working with Children's Card (WWCC), and evidence of the right to work in Australia.
COVID vaccination
Desirable
Certificate III in Disability,



Individual Support, or equivalent.
Mental Health experience
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.
