Job DescriptionCompassion Community Care (NT) Pty Ltd Full Time Corporate Services Manager Required Compassion Community Care (NT) Pty Ltd T/A Compassion Community Care is seeking a full-time Corporate Services Manager to join their dynamic team at Level 16, 19 Smith Street, Darwin City, NT, ****, Australia.
Compassion Community Care (CCC) is a Registered NDIS Provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed NDIS participants.

Benefits Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Planning, organising and directing the organisation's corporate and administrative support services to ensure efficient business operations.
Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures and systems to support the delivery of NDIS services.
Managing human resource administration, including recruitment, onboarding, staff records and employment documentation.
Preparing, monitoring and controlling administrative budgets, expenditure and resource allocation.
Maintaining corporate records,



document management systems and confidential organisational information.
Monitoring compliance with NDIS requirements, workplace legislation, organisational policies and quality standards.
Preparing management reports and providing administrative advice and support to senior management.
Reviewing and improving administrative systems and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Leading, supervising and supporting administrative staff to ensure efficient corporate service delivery and achievement of organisational objectives.
Qualification & experience Skills Required: Solid leadership and management skills Strategic planning and organisation Financial and budget management Policy development and implementation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience Required: Minimum of four-five years of professional experience.
