Position Title: Carpenter / Cladding Installer

Salary Range: AUD 79,040 – AUD 88, 920 per annum

Position Description:Distinctive Constructions & Cladding is seeking skilled Carpenters / Cladding Installers to join our construction team.
This hands-on role involves general carpentry work as well as the installation, maintenance, and repair of cladding systems on residential and commercial projects.
The role requires close collaboration with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and installation of fixtures
Install, repair, and maintain various cladding materials according to project specifications
Read and interpret architectural drawings and plans




Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety regulations and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised manner
Skills and Experience Required:
Trade qualification in Carpentry
Proven experience in carpentry and/or cladding installation
Ability to work with a range of construction materials and tools
Knowledge of different cladding systems and installation techniques
Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow project specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
