About The RoleWe are looking for a dedicated qualified to join our small team as a maintenance carpenter and/or joiner, immediate start available.
Operating Monday-Friday, hours vary dependant on scheduled works.
Duties will include the following:- Carrying out general commercial maintenance such as, door repairs, window repairs, wall repairs and others- Recording job notes & taking photos of completed works- Preparing for upcoming works by having an understanding of the scope of works- Completing all works as needed for each task in a safe and effective manner- Ensuring task pre commencement documents are completed
Requirements For The Role- Carpentry and/or Joinery Qualification- Prior experience in similar position- Drivers license- Ability to undergo a police check- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Has own hand tools
What we are offeringThe position is a Full-Time permanent position, salary is negotiable based on prior experience in similar role.
