Company Description Bello Health Services (Bello Speech Pathology) is an evidence-based mobile speech pathology clinic supporting children and families across the Gold Coast, Australia.
The team focuses on children under 10, using engaging, play-based, and family-centred therapy to build communication skills.

Bello Health Services is committed to evidence-based practice, inclusive care, and accessible mobile speech therapy across the Gold Coast.Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in Gold Coast, QLD, with a mix of community visits and work from home for planning and documentation.
The Speech Pathologist will provide assessment and therapy to children with communication, speech, and language needs in home, school, and community settings.
Daily tasks include conducting evidence-based assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating closely with families, educators, and other health professionals.
The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, preparing reports, and contributing to service improvement and innovative therapy approaches.
The Speech Pathologist will also participate in professional development activities and support a positive, child-centred, and family-inclusive culture.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention with children under 10.Experience working with Communication Disorders, including articulation, fluency, and social communication challenges.Competence in managing Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language difficulties.Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and management in pediatric populations, where relevant.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, with eligibility for membership/registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., Speech Pathology Australia).
Strong clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice orientation, and commitment to family-centred care.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and school staff.Valid driver's license, reliable transport for mobile visits, and comfort working across home, school, and community environments.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team, including using digital tools for telehealth and documentation.
