About the Role
MyBuild Residential is looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Carpenter Apprentice to join our residential construction team.
You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside qualified carpenters on a variety of residential projects across the Cairns region — including recent builds, bathroom renovations, and home extensions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople in all aspects of residential carpentry
Read and interpret building plans and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble timber structures and fittings
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite
Follow all safety and quality procedures
About You
Currently completing a 2nd or 3rd year Carpentry Apprenticeship
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
Able to work well in a team
White Card required
Driver's licence and own transport required
Own tools required
