We have multiple opportunities available for Grain Analysts to
join our team this harvest season at our state-of-the-art
laboratory in Thebarton.
These roles are ideal for candidates who have studied or have an
interest in agriculture or science, and are looking to gain
hands-on experience in grain analysis and laboratory
operations.
In this role, you will be involved in the testing and assessment
of grain commodities, along with data entry and reporting.
It's a
outstanding opportunity to build practical skills in grain classification
and laboratory processes.
Our laboratory plays a critical role in maintaining food and
feed safety standards, ensuring accurate grain classification and
supporting ongoing market access for local growers.
Most roles are available from October through to January, making
them well suited to students seeking summer work aligned to their
studies.

Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):




Monitoring and testing grain samples for quality
Preparing grain samples for internal and external
testing
Assisting with grain classification activities as
required
An intermediate competency in Microsoft Office products is
required, as well as the ability to learn in-house systems
efficiently and effectively.
