This is an prospect to build a long-term career in property, learn directly from experienced property investors and become an integral part of a growing business.
The Role
We are looking for a
Buyers Agent Associate
who is smart, switched-on, hungry and ready to learn.
You don't need to have extensive property experience.
In fact, we would rather find the right person with the right attitude and teach them our systems, processes and property investment methodology.
Your initial focus will be on learning the business, developing your property knowledge, understanding our acquisition process and supporting the team across the buying process.

Interested in property and investing

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, young team environment
Sales experience is preferred.
Property investment experience is preferred but not essential.
Your attitude, work ethic and ability to learn will be more important to us than your existing property knowledge.

Full-time salary
6-month probation period
First 12 months focused on development and learning

The $250K+ figure represents potential earning capacity for a high-performing candidate once they progress into the commission structure.
It is not guaranteed and will depend on performance, results and responsibilities.
