There may be the possibility of extending the position beyond the initial contract period.This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy workplace and enjoys helping patients navigate their care.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy specialist clinic.Key responsibilities include:Managing a high volume of incoming callsBooking appointments and coordinating patient schedulesTriaging referrals and ensuring timely follow-upHandling patient enquiries with professionalism, clarity,
