West Coast Shade has been at the forefront of the shade sail industry in WA since ****, and are looking to expand our skilled team.
Our workshop currently produces over **** custom made shade sails and associated products annually, with volume increasing year on year.
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated fabrication Supervisor to ensure our workshop quality and accuracy keep pace with our high output.

Your duties will include:
All aspects of shade sail fabrication, including measuring, cutting, (sewing) and finishing of shade sails
Organisation & planning in consultation with management.
Freight inbound & outbound control
Stock control
Develop and implement process and procedure improvement strategies




Training and mentoring of other team members
Maintain a positive and motivated team culture
Maintain all current tools, equipment etc
The successful applicant must:
Have demonstrated experience in fabrication, leadership and results
Be able to perform physically demanding tasks
Be able to work independently or as part of a team
Demonstrate robust interpersonal & communication skills
Possess a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Be reliable and flexible
Strongly desired:
Industrial sewing machine experience
Forklift ticket
Basic welding ability
