The Chance
We're looking for a
Sales Assistant/Warehouse Assistant
to join our Bathurst branch.
This is a hands-on role primarily focusing on
warehouse operations
but also
customer service
,
sales support
when/where needed
Key Responsibilities/Role description
Providing friendly and effective customer service support via phone, email, and in-person
Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment
Assisting with inventory management and stock control




Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve processes and procedures
Ability to work positively/affectively in a small hard working team
What We're Looking For
Experience in
warehouse operations or
sales
,
customer service
,
Experience in one of these areas is sufficient to be considered for this position
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift license (either holding, or willing to obtain)
Willingness to help in multiple roles where needed
