About The Opportunity
Looking for an experienced
HSEQ Advisor
to provide holiday coverage on a major
BHP site
during the Christmas and New Year shutdown period.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional with strong mining experience who can step into a busy operational environment and provide immediate support to site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-the-ground HSEQ support across civil and mining operations
Facilitate risk assessments (Take Control, JHAs, TBRA) and drive safe work practices
Conduct workplace inspections, hazard reporting, and assist with incident investigations




Support the rollout of company safety initiatives and compliance frameworks
Mentor and coach operators and supervisors on HSEQ compliance and continuous improvement
Maintain accurate safety documentation in line with company requirements
About You
Previous site experience as a HSEQ Advisor in civil construction or mining operations
Robust knowledge of WA Mines Safety legislation and industry standards
Effective communicator with the ability to engage with both crews and clients
Competent in incident investigation and risk management frameworks
Cert IV WHS or equivalent qualification
ICAM training (desirable)
